Wont close account on old address and keeps billing us 8 months late

We'd our house forclosed on, whenever we shifted in september we clearly had all our poweris stop and transformed towards the new target. About 4 weeks later we begin receiving expenses from flow power for that aged (empty) home again. They don't stop the support and maintain payment people? Today they've put these phony expenses in selections.

We're currently shifting again and cant slice this support down? They claim we cant access the consideration simply because they place it within our homeowners organization title??? Haven't heard about something such as this? They reveal we cant close possibly consideration??
