Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, receive a billing statement in the amount of $99.00 which is due on 2/27/04, I have never ordered anything from this company

I recently received a billing statement in the mail from credit service division, in the amount of $99.00 which is due on 2/27/04. The account summary read as follows, account number, card type firstcapital, credit limit 8500.00, total amount due 99.00. There is no ones name signed to this letter. I have never ordered anything from this company and have no plans to do so therefore why am i receioving a billing stataement.
