Ocwen tried to screw me with that fake Law/collection firm of Moss, Codillis, Starwiarski, Morris, Schnieder & Prior, LLP AKA Moss, Pite & Duncan, LLP AKA Cal Western Reconveyance of which Gerald R. Moss heads and has a vested interest in. They tried to charge me bogus attorney fees and refused my payments also, tried to get me to signe a fruadulent forebearence agreement then, when I tried to sell my house to get rid of them they refused to send a payoff quote to escarole and then, when I finally reached someone (6 mos. Later) they wanted to charge me almost $49,000.00 in bogus attorney fees. They paid the Taxes late on my property and tried to get out of paying the insurance then turned aronnd and charged me almost three times the actual insurance amont and added it to my mortgage payments with delinquint fees and even m, ore attorney fees. If they buy a loan PITI then they need to keep the agreement. Finance America= Ocwen = Bank one all one in the same. Cheaters!
