As of this date, Ocwen Federal Bank and their lawyers, Moss, Codilis, Stawiarski, Morris, Schneider & Prior, LLP refuse to give me the payoff of my home loan.
Aames Home Loan and myself have been trying since before the 9th of September to get it, but with no luck. They won't even talk to us. My new loan is ready to go, except for this payoff.
They are creating many problems for me by doing this. They are no longer taking payments from me as of Aug. 18 because I was late because of my mother's death, but this is no reason to withhold my payoff information. They are delaying my new loan and because of this, I might not receive this loan.
I do have a history with them because of a serious auto accident in Dec. Of 2000. Even then I had to do everything their way which was to their benefit but that is another story which I need to tell you about.
I need help. There is no reason for this delay. I have a right to my payoff and I need it. There is so much more I need to tell you about Ocwen and their lawyers. They have really hurt me.
