Revoked card with only 3 days notice/Class Action Suit

I enrolled with FCNB over two years ago. Last spring they terminated not only my account but the accounts of many other people with only 3 days notice. I cannot reach them by phone, yet they still expect me to pay them.

Has there been a class action suit filed against this company yet? If so, how do I get on board? If not, how do I file one? Please help!
