Bank of America
Enough Already! Pete

My partner and that I refinanced our house with Countrywide. If you should be scanning this do you know what happened. Today our mortgage is possessed (?) by Bank of America. About fourteen weeks before our regular mortgage cost experienced the top. BA approached us and stated that if we are able to spend x quantity for 3 months we might be eligible for the save our houses plan. We've been spending x quantity since that time.

Ever since then they've informed us we don't be eligible for that program but we ought to affect another plan. Again and again again we've posted paperwork to BA. The home is in my own title and also the mortgage declaration claims that I owe $37 E in late fees etc despite the fact that we're spending the things they informed us to pay for each month. Enough already

The individual that's said to be managing this isn't returning our calls. And during the last 14 weeks we've voiced to varied remaining fingers which have no idea exactly what the right-hand does.

Sunday morning we joined a short workshop offered by NACA, Community Assistance Corporation of America. They're a non profit advocacy team that's agreements with many creditors (including BA) to try and discuss an acceptable cost for the mortgage. They don't declare to assist decrease the theory quantity your debt or the rate of interest. And you also need to give them all your financial data as well as your budget. I've not a problem with that. Their site is www.naca.com.

We've been informed that BA, or every other lender for instance, won't give consideration for change if you don't quit spending your mortgage. And that I are also informed that should you don't make funds, your credit is destroyed and also you reside in tent town. Centered on BAis BS my credit has already been destroyed.

Any good suggest is greatly appreciated.
