NADN sold me a bypass trust and a mall for all. The passby trust ended up not being usable since I had sold the property the auguest before they contacted me. I had mentioned that to the sales person (David Leasure) several time during his sales pitch and was assured by him that I could still use it. When NADN sent me the name of the their lawyer that would handle the bypass trust I called right away because I had heard from someone else that maybe I could not use the bypass trust. NADN's legal department confirmed what I had heard.
I could not use the bypass trust. I have been trying to get my money back ever since. I talked with customer service and was told that I need to fax in my request for my refund, which I did. I was calling about once a week and not getting anywhere. Then one day when I talked with customer service I was told that I had purchased two Mall for all, which was not possible according to Orion Marketing, and that they did not owe me any money.
I asked to talk with this persons supervisor and was given the name Glen Zell. I called Mr. Zell and he agreed that I should get a refund and told me he would have it to me in 10 days. That was over a year ago. I kept calling but know Mr Zell will not return my calls. I then talked with the companys Lawyer, Mr Joe Taragoni (may have spelled this incorrectly) and said he talked with Mr Zell and hand carried my file over to him.
Mr Taragoni also acknowleges that the company owes me this money. I also sent a letter to the CEO, Mr Wes Coolege with a CC to Mr Zell. I have not gotten any results. Then customer service starting calling me to try and get me to do business with them again.
I explain to the person on the phone that the company they are working for has ripped me off for 2510.00 and until I get the money back I will not be doing any business with them. They put my on hold to have someone else talk to me and of course they never come back. At one point I was told that I was not a client that they had no record of me. I again talked with the Mr Taragoni and he at least staighten that out and my file got reinstated. I have also had a lawyer write to them and that did no good. I have decided that I will try and get either 60 minutes or 20/20 to do a report on these people.
This website is good but I think more people would know about the business practices of this company if it was showcased on TV.
