Had tiles fall out of our shower, took 6 months to repair. Only completed the repair after I threatened to have it done myself and take the $ from my rent. Had a roof leak that came through bedroom wall, NEVER finished the repair. Had puddles of water coming through my living room carpet. Took 2 weeks to even return a call. Turns out the water heater was leaking into our living room. Had water damage to furniture and huge water bill. Paid a $925 security depost. Was told that I would be given a $525 check and the rest cash days after. Met for the check, but never got the remainder. I have called several times and she will not respond. I will be going to civil court next week. Let's see if she can avoid that.
