ALS is evil and malipulative. They are selling my home at an auction tomorrow on My Birthday.
For months they lead me to believe that they wanted to help me but they lied. I put my home for sale to do a short sale and three times they rejected the buyers. Then two days ago they sent me a letter stating that they were closing the short sale process and that I should try a deed in lieu. So i got all the papers together and sent them in, then they tell my it's to late.
They need 30 days notice to do a short sale.
