Mail Fraud

I received one of these letters in the mail and was immediately suspicious. I had filed my periodic report with the State of Colorado and paid the $25.00 fee. I googled this and found this complaint. (Thank You) I was a USPS employee for over 21 years and knew this was something that should be reported to the U S Postal Inspectors. I filed my report online at: https://postalinspectors. Uspis. Gov/forms/mailfraudcomplaint. Aspx and anyone that receives this letter should do the same.
