Account Assurance sent me a cancellation notice (for a program I never requested) advising me to re-enroll in their protective credit card insurance program. As I was doing my research, I could not find one of my credit cards which would even match up to the last 4 digits to the card in question. They didn't really give much info on the Account Assurance memo... There was no website addy to refer to, no fax#, no name of a credit card that its supposed to be concerning and no entire acct #, only the last 4 digits of the acct # which didn't match up to any of my cards. I researched it on the internet only to find that this is a valid scam.
