I signed a money back contract that after a year when nothing has happened i ask for my money back and two days later i get a letter saying they are closing there doors. But if you call they are still doing loan mods. This company is a scam. They are also going under homeland financial. When I called Greg the sales man who promised this was legett he does not work there any more he gave me Eric Lynches # and his voice mail states he has removed him self from em lynch and referred a other #. You cant even trust a money back contract its no good. There is so much more to this i am sure. There is maybe thousands of people who are being ripped off. A class action law suit im in.
