I paid for a service, was told verbally and in emails that the service I paid for would be rendered or I would get a refund. Boy was I wrong! After paying my money and faxing in the necessary paperwork to have EM Lynch help me with my loan modification I started getting tired of waiting and tired of being told every time I called that I needed to send in "updated" paperwork. I did a little investigating on my own and found that EM Lynch had NEVER contacted my lender on my behalf and when I presented the written proof of this to Eric he sidestepped my question and told more lies about his employees trying to call me back (they never did).
After almost a year of waiting I received a letter in the mail stating I was not eligible for a refund - which was obviously their plan all along. They never attempted to follow through on their commitment and told a stream of lies in order to cover up the truth. The truth is that Eric Lynch, Dan Treantos and anyone that worked for this organization are nothing but crooks who should have to pay back ever cent that they stole from individuals like me. If you are an employer and a potential employee has EM Lynch or Eric Lynch as a reference or past place of employment I would advise you to steer clear.
