I'd a BoA charge card with elite benefits plan and had gathered over 100K factors that ended NOV'11 since BoA terminated this program and Elite benefits shut my bill. They declare they sent me a notice, used to donot receive it and also the unique agreement stated factors ended 4yrs following a purchase, then when they selected to stop my factors immediately that fails the agreement we'd in position.
