I'd a merchant account since 1987 with BofA. I had been unaware they phased about the Elite Rewards program. I'd 160,000 points accessible and today they declare there's nothing they are able to do. I believe they are able to and that I am likely to proceed to follow. They allegedly informed all consumers by email. I actually do all communication with Bof A electronically when I travel each week. That is BS
