As of today 3-24 I have not received any information from Mortgage Assistance group, and to top it off the number as of this morning is no longer in service. For their service I have paid $1,500 to started the loan modification process. Jeff Litten started out as my loan modification specialist to my suprise he is no longer there. For the past month I have been calling to speak with someone about my account but to no avail.
I originally start this process in november it is almost April and nothing as transpired.
This company is a rip off they continue to give you the run around fill your head with fasle hope before they received their last payment, then after they recevied ther last installment you never hear from them. I am a single parent looking for assistance in lower my monthly mortgage payments and this is what I get. Please help me I would like My $1,500 dollars back.
