I recently received a notice from you concerning a charge card that's outstanding. I don't or never had a charge card with Chevy Chase bank. If this really is in reguards to any consideration from I understand the law of restrictions with this kind debt in N.C. Is 7 years. Like I stated before I not have had a merchant account with this specific lender. The bill number is 9401052958, PRA ref.#. I may challenge this and every other charge card released just before 2002. Thanks.
