I recevied this card in 2000 trying to reestablish credit. Sent them 100.00 Credit line was 250.00 first payment they said was late and it just starting to increase. Payment arrangments nothing worked. 2003 I disputed the amount they say I owe (1000.00), they then in turn said it was correct and they were going to sue me and garnish my wages.
They have recently sent it to a lawyers office. I am not paying them one red cent. The only thing I owe them is the balance $250.00. Please advice if there is a Class Action Pending.
