It all started when i received a call on my cell phone from a sales representative stating that i was approved for a guaranteed mastercard with a $1,000 credit limit. All i had to do was pay a one time fee of $187 which would be applied to my account. I was to receive my card within 15 days.
I later received a call stating that i was not actually approved, it was just an application which took up to 4 months to process. I then told them that i was not interested and i did not want to proceed. Immediatly i knew that the $187 was to be applied to my checking act. And not the credit act.
I was told i had to call customer service and cancel the transaction. However when i called, the rep. Told me it was to late. But because i dont have $187 to give away, instead i have paid over $100 due to insufficient funds and stop payment fees.
First National should be proud. They have managed to create a company that has absolutly NO INTEGRITY WHAT SO EVER.
