NCS False information Reported to Experian for a contract I fulfilled in 2003

Checking my credit report with Experian and discovered these scum bottom feeders reported a debt as NEW as of July effectively dropping my credit score by 50 points. I never received any notices from them of this alleged debt. I did have an account with Columbia House DVD wayyyyyyy back in 2002 and when I fulfilled my end of the agreement and closed my account. When I called NCS to get a mailing address to send them request for validation of debt, I was told that I was beyond my 30 days to contest, though I had never received anything from them. Experian, within two days, verified the debt, which I find amusing, because there is no way this CAN be validated. I filed complaints with FTC and the State AG, and miraculously, on Feb 15, I received a letter from NCS as notification of the debt they had already placed on my credit report 7 months earlier. I immediately sent them a validation request, via fax AND mail giving them 30 days to reply and verify, noting in my letter that a 'statement' of my account was not acceptable for verification. My issue is though, even if they don't validate it, what do I do with experian, who refuses to remove it—do I just keep rechallenging it?
