I needed to register for digital online use of our mortgage.

To be able to obtain online entry, it needed an arrangement to simply accept binding settlement and renounce to an effort by court and renounce to take part in class action suits. I question the legitimacy of the exercise. Exactly what does online entry need to do with one of these contracts?
