After having a car loan in excellent position with citi economical for 4 years my mortgage was delivered to Santander customer US. After many months of creating on time funds by ACH for them I changed checking accounts. This obviously needed a big change in cost data with Santander. I attempted to login to my account online to alter these details and may not access my bill. After 2 weeks of constant calling to try and acquire entry and alter my data unsuccessfully I eventually named required they stop the ACH and that I might set it-up fresh although the email. Lastly I had been ready to gain access to my bill online and that I not just transformed the ACH info by email but transformed it online aswell. I also submitted a look for cost simply to make certain used to donot move overdue.

Santander still attempted to withdraw ACH from my previous and since shut bank account. Once the ACH was declined because of the consideration being shut Santander chose to cost me a $20 charge for that returned ACH. I've since named and requested them to renounce the charge. They advised me they have to obtain it from their sales division and that I was to call-back in 3 business days.

I'm an on time client with great credit and great position and that I have experienced to contact this comapny many times to solve this problem. Every time the client support is rude and significantly less than useful. I don't suggest that anybody does any company with Santander. They've room available world.
