Beware. I tried to refi my house. They took my info said I was good, so I wrote a deposit check. They called back and said congrats, I was approved. 30 days or whatever later, they said, sorry your loan is no good. I said, you said I was good. They said sorry, I was turned down. I lost my deposit. What a bunch of BS.
