After being out of the country for several months without a phone or internet, I fell behind on some bills. One such was to America's Credit Union in Ft. Lewis, WA, so the differed my account to Dan Bogrand, President of Lending Contact Assistance.in the last two weeks I have received 6 harassing, insulting, and unprofessional messages on my home and cell phones. When he spoke to my wife he was extremely rude, insulting, and generally unprofessional. When I spoke to him this evening, there was no mention of his attempt to collect my debt, just a flurry of threats, personal attacks, insults, and refused to listen to anything I had to say in his tirade.
Do not deal with this man, and if you do business with America's Credit Union, cease until they no longer retain his "services". Any company who works with this deplorable human being needs to be sent a message about how a professional business operates, especially a financial institution.
