Non-Authorized charges

I had been spending my cc statement and observed a cost on my cc for $14.99 every month going back 3-weeks... Named the organization, no body replies, on-hold for 15-20 minutes, and sent them to stop this purchase. It's an unauthorized purchase, therefore be cautious, it's a fraud. I'm unsure where they got my info, but go over your claims carelfully.
