IRS-EIN-Online charges $150.00 for an EIN number and an additional $100.00 for an expedited EIN (within 60 Minutes). Little did we know they are not the IRS and the EIN is free on the legitimate IRS website. Their web address includes the IRS intheir title and there is no disclaimer visible on the home page until you roll down further on the screen.By law these guys are supposed to disclose they are a third party and they did not. Called for our money back and have not gotten a response yet. Will contact District attorney if money is not refunded. Here is the real IRSwebsite:
