This is what I call "Business Hijacking." Anyone who does a Google search for a company called Free Stores Club will see at the top of Google's page a "Review" by "Free Stores Club Review onlinemarketingreviews.com" "A must Read for anyone interested in the Free Store Club Biz Op stat"
This company, onlinemarketingreviews.com, cleverly writes a bad review about Free Stores Club and directed me to their online ebook, and after my payment was processed, I was not given the "confidential website" to where I could read my purchased ebook.
I sent several email messages to explain the problem, but only received automated responses that did not address my problem.
The cost of their online ebook is $19.95,2Checkout.com handles the transaction and sent me a confirmation order number and receipt, but what good is all of this if I haven't received my product as promised? I've purchased digital data online for the past five years, and anyone who orders something in that way expects to receive it as soon as the order is processed — not tomorrow or next week... And their promise is "Since this book is now available online, you don't have to wait to get it. Immediately after you pay, you'll be sent a confidential website address where you can immediately read this exciting new book.
That's right, you'll get instant access and you don't even have to go to the trouble of downloading it since the whole book is laid out for you online! So you can read it right now online or you can print it out so you'll have a hard copy to take with you and read anytime, anywhere!"
I've decided that if complaint helps me to get a refund on this, I'll use that money toward their purchase of their Do It Yourself Revenge Guide book.
