Very slick salespeople claim they can get you a refund on your last 3 years of tax returns greater than their fees, and that once you send them your tax returns, they will get back to you in no less than 5 days, plus you have a 30 day money back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied for any reason.
Firstly, I tried to fax them the returns as requested, but their fax kept hanging up part way through the transmission. I tried this for several days and from different fax machines. Finally, I sent the returns via UPS courier.
Then I did get one call saying they received them and I would be contacted. They never called with the recomendations and savings as promised. The only calls I got from them were to sell me more schemes and programs at $3000 each. I called them several times to find out what their recommendations were to save me money, but I could never get an answer.
I then called to cancel, but again no answer. Each time I left a message, but they would conveniently call my home number in the middle of the day and leave a message while I was at my work number. Note that when they wanted to sell me something, they always reached me at work or on my cell number, but when it came to the promised services, they strangely never reached me.
Quickly the 30 day period was ending so I called and was again forced to leave a message that I was cancelling and wanted my money back. Even after the 30 days past I was still without any response or report. Now I'm faced with having to work through my credit card company to try and recover my money, and that is not proving to be an easy task at all. I would never, ever, trust these people at NADN. Warn all your friends to stay away. I should have known that nothing honest or legitimate could ever come out of Las Vegas!
