I was told I had a fixed rated of 6.9% on my account. I was never delinquent. Not only did Choice / Citi FSB raise my interest rate without notice to me but when I questioned them as to why they informed me my rate had never been fixed, was promotional, and had expired in November. I've had this account for over 17 years and have been shreading all other offers daily. I will be transferring this account as soon as possible. Bad form Citibank!
