Us mortgage funding told me for $2000 they would work with my morgage company to reduce my payments, whether it be lowering the interest or extending loan. The $2000 came out of what was going to be a mortgage payment! They told me not to worry, it will be rolled over in the new terms. Nothing happened... They told me they could not work anything out with my mortgage company. They got their money and i got stuck on a forbarence plan.
