Ocwen purchased my second mortgage from another company which held my second-was doing a refinance on my first portgage to pay off credit cards due to be unemployed for a time-Ocwen refused to subordinate if I received any cash back from the refinace of the first-They charged me a fee of $200.00 Dollars to tell me this-Since they purchased my second, I have never paid them late or missed a payment but yet they where rude to me and my wife as well as to the company trying to do the refinace-I called my state agency regarding this matter and they instructed me to contact the federal banking and finance department and file a complaint-Ocwen is known in this state also for their way of doing business. If you receive a letter stating ocwen has purchased your mortgage WATCH OUT-Ocwen has left me in a very bad financial situation due to their way of doing business-They could care less and will tell you so.
