Ack in september I finished paying off a three payment plan with american residential law group, to help with my home loan modification. I wanted to hire a legal firm to insure I received the best rate I could, with little or no hassle. Well did I get a surprise, not only did they breech their contractual agreement with me but they scammed me out of 1650.00 by not delivering any type of service. They had me fax all the docs they needed but it did not go anywhere other then to them. My lender said they have not received anything, and of course they are not answering emails phone calls and customer service is supposedly back logged upwards of 3 hours. So in short I have filed a report with the BBB in Ft Lauderdale as well has a complaint with the Florida attorney general, and would advise anyone thinking of doing business with them or those who have been scammed to do the same.
