Beware!!!
I called the tel# on my visa statement... The 1st rep (female) sounded pissed off at the company (JP MEDIA). She told me to look it up on the internet. Ouch, ALL NEGATIVE!!! I called back and the gentleman couldn't tell me any info, just "something you ordered on the internet."
I contacted my credit card company. I noticed most complaints were in Nevada. I was in Vegas Aug 8-12. Time-Share presentations, etc. Ring any bells? Hey, JP Media. You'll get your "MEDIA" attention. Happy Holidays to everyone.
