Received my monthly Sprint bill and a charge for $9.99 appeared from Remo Media, billed as a multi media charge, specifically:
Remo Media - Multi media - 63015 Crazy Alerts
This charge was not authorized is an attempt by Remo Media to extort $9.99 via Sprint as a third party billing platform.
Clearly there is a pattern with Remo Media based on the numerous complaints on the net, I'll be filing additional information with the FCC and BBB. Nothing worse than a parasitic company utilizing third party billing, pathetic and entirely sad.
