Used a moving company called DELTA MOVING out of new york. Gave credit card # for a 100.00 dep. When they del. The goods they only wanted the balance of 900.00 in cash. Gave them cash and then they returned around and put 900.00 on my credit card after i gave bank of america proof that i gave them cash. Show them the receipt. Bk. Of am. Told me that was fraud and closed the acct and issued a new acct number BUT NEVER GAVE ME THE 900. BACK.
I have been going round and round with them since july. Very unhappy with customer service dispute dept. No backing to their customers what so ever!!! Still unresolved. Randy geiser is the manager of the dept. Called me back twice and i returned his calls and now he is always in meetings and never returns my call. Very unhappy.
