I have tried to have a clear conversation with Dell for the past 2 weeks and have not been successful. I sent my payment a week before its due and it has been 2 weeks, the check was cashed and they have not posted it on the account, now they are charging for late fees and my account is back to where it was back in Sept. Since sept I have over $400 and my balance is not going down at all..
When calling dell it is at least 45 minutes before you can speak to anyone and that is not including the time you spend going from one menu to the other.

After waiting all this time a person answer which is another big problem since this person doesn't speak english. It is like talking to a Brick wall, this people seem to be reading what they are telling you and don't use their own word, their own mind to talk to a person. I think talking to a child is a lot CLEARLY than to talk to one of these "customer service" also customer service is suppost to be there to help not to make things more complicated.

Dell should definetly do something about their support, everyone that buys a computer from them should be more appreciated, I don't believe Dell appreciates any of their customer, I'm very disappointed and feel that I will never buy anything from them ever again... You have lost my business... And will tell my friends not to buy from you...
