I am a new revol wireless customer. I signed up with this company because of it's ' Great Advertizments'. Yeah, right it takes 30 minutes to a hour to get through to them if you have a question. I sighned up for auto bill pay and for it to come out on the 1st of every month, well they tried to deduct the money a day before my check was in my account which cost me debit fees. Their recepition is not good at all. I can't use my phone in the house unless I am standing in one spot and then it 99% of the time loses service. This is very annoying when I have a important call.
