I purchased insurance with revol. Exactly why is it when you've to obtain a new telephone or one fails not because of you, that you've to pay for $50 dollars! Exactly what the hell is the insurance for! Its never their problem, and we wind up spending money on it. They customer support hurts! A lot of children performing not professinal at all. Revol must cleanup their work!
