Dear Better Business Bureau West lake Financial Company Should not be in Business especially for all the harassing they did to me every single day for the past week until i paid them off: They called and called after one hung up with me another one called and on and on and on so i went to a car lot and had them buy my truck from me for more. Still after i told them i was getting a pay off good for 10 days the still called and called. Finally i got them there check overnighted to them when i said i would and they where suppose to get me my refund asap as long as i did what they asked and i did my part but they still did not do there... Pay me off my part. They own me 1000.00 dollars of my hard earned money and i need it now... Ive waited for over 3 weeks they need to send it to me now. I cant believe these guys can sleep at night and still wake up... Im so disturbed over how i was treated and i did not loss my cool they lost theres and hung up on my 4 times the supervisor... Im so aggravated i said was he need to check his records and get his facts straight he hung up on me. I use to take irate calls and i was being nice... I have more customer service experience then him... My lord he is not suppose to drop the call i was not even raising my voice... I am very aggravated at the whole situation i cant believe some people get to just do that i never got to drop a call like that i had to just let them vent and believe me i was nice about it because if i can deal with a cussing screaming customers he could listen to what i had to say about the situation everyone of his agents was getting wrong in the system. Telling lies because i was a customer agent. I know... What we say they listen well don't listen to it this time because its crap in a hand basket an im telling you what i know is what they promised me and i expect it to be done. Please have them send my 1000.00 dollar check to my new address which is 815 G N. W Ardmore Oklahoma, 73401 my number is (580) 216-5421. Thank you very much Priscilla Bogges called them and complained to them that i need my refund check because i had other bills that were needing attention and i was hung up on not once but 4 times by the same supervisor very unprofessional i was mad but i was still calm and i told them i was up set because i did every thing they asked of me now they need to follow though with what i ask of them just to return my refund. It was paid off on the Dec 2 and they still have not sent me my check out... It the 20th im very furious i cant believe i paid them off i should of went some where else... The whole reason i sold the truck was to get my bills paid off and buy Christmas for my kids and i cant even do that... Im so distressed by the whole situation they have put me through its already bad enough that i work 24/7 and cant even see my kids or husband... Please do something about this ordeal. Please... They are literally about to put my husband in a cardiac arrest i need my refund now he needs to go to the doctor and am unable to pay the bill because of some idiot they have be hind the desk up there not doing his job!!! I m so upset i cant even see to type they are so evil i wish i would of never meet this company and they need to go out of business for the crap they pull on the dam phone they act like they are too good to talk to me because im upset well this better take care of the problem... Please do something about it i cant believe they would discriminated against us after we did everything they asked us to do and then not even call me back after they got my number but just keep on hanging up on me they said they would take 10,000.00 dollars for the payoff through a car lot and thats what i got them was there payoff and just before Christmas... I got the car lot to pay 11,000.00 for the truck and now there trying to send me $885.00 back and not follow through with what Roseline said her accounting department said they would let the car lot pay them 10,000.00 and send me back the remaining. Now they refuse to process the money this is such bull i cant believe they say in business im so disturbed by this i m going to tell everyone i know to never use this company and all my friends are going to do the same. I cant believe they do business this way, they need to be stopped please make it stop... Please...
