Hit my checking account for $30.00 and I never heard of them

Woke up this morning to balance my check book and there was a check that went threw my account for $30.00 that i didn't authorize! Signature line on check stated they had my permision and didn't need my signature never heard of this company and there website asks for my personal information to correct the problem! Can't wait for my bank to open up at 9
