U.S. Mortgage Funding
Gave them $2000.00 for a loan modification and constatantly was told people were no longer there. Request for refund denied

Have been railroaded for almost 14 months for a loan modification that has NOT gone through, and the contacts are never there longer than each month that you try to get information. They r constantly asking for me to resend all information.

I wrote a request for the return of my money and have been denied repeatedly. I have been unable to reach any one person for more than a month at any time. The employees keep quitting.

I am on disability of $787.00 per month AND a single mother that is trying desperately to not lose our home.
