On 11-07-03, Consumer Preferred sent me an acceptance certificate stating that if I send them an one time membership fee of $45.00, I would receive a platinum credit card with a $5,000.00 limit and 0%APR for the 1st 12 months.
On 11-13-03 I sent them a $45.00 money order and I signed the certificate that they sent me. 3 weeks went by and I decide to search for the company on the internet. The website is no longer avaliable and the phone number that I found was no longer in service. Today's date is 12-12-03 and I haven't heard anything from them yet.
