I'd a 48-month rent with four devices out of this organization. Our rent was authorized 8-31-06 & I went another path with charge card running when my rent was closing. I've also utilized the corporation for that previous 6 years & now to get a whole of ten years now. I gave them a 8-19-10 to tell them we've chose to begin running charge cards online & I'd not be reviving the gear rent. I directed them since my rent was up 8-31-10 I'd utilize their devices through the finish day & might begin my fresh procedure 9-1-10 & would vessel the devices back on 9-1-10. I did so just as I mentioned & they debited my consideration in September & again in Oct. I've named them many times & they'll not credit me back. I'd to challenge the costs with my lender & is likely to be altering my bill amount to prevent them. They've no customer support what-so ever. You'd believe following a 10-year connection we'd have now been a valued client. All I acquired was rude reactions without any aid whatsoever. DON'T USE THE CORPORATION! They'll proceed to charge your consideration despite your rent.
