My name is CB *; I started a small
Business in September. 2008. I signed a lease agreement for a credit card processing unit with Lease finance Group LLC, on Sept 08. My lease was $ 32.00 for 48 months; the Lease Finance Group started the first payment on the date of the signed lease agreement. At that time I submitted my proof of insurance to the company.
I closed my business in the month of Jan at that time I called Omar William of Lease Finance Group and I returned the credit card processing unit with the request to send me my payment history and outstanding balance so this can be paid in full but till April 20 I havent received payment history from the company. Since the business bank account was closed, I received a call from Omar Williams for new bank information.
I sent almost 10 emails starting from April to Omar Williams to help me but he was only interested to get my new bank information and no words for any help. Once he received the new bank information, he even didnt bother to send me reply of my email.
There after I was talking to Tonya, another staff of Lease Finance Group LLC but she was so nasty and she asked so many questions including lease #, birth date, SSN, Home Phone address as well. If
She didnt get any information she asked for, I never received any help. Tonya, Fabiolah, Emmanuel, Alfred and Gregg staff members of Lease Finance Group always treat the customers in a very nasty and unprofessional way. They always claimed that they are right; they never even tried to understand the customers problem or difficulties or prove the correct status.
I received a payment history of my account in April and numerous irregularities including many unauthorized charges. So many times I called and asked for an explanation about those charges but received no help from Lease Finance Group LLC. I sent documents to the fax # provided by
Company invoice but all the staffs lying and told me that they never received any documents and Gregg Lease Finance Group informed me of that, That Fax # is not of the company. If this is the cases then why Lease Finance Group LLC is misguiding customers by giving false fax #?
Though lease agreement clearly indicates $ 32.00 monthly lease amount, I got charged $39.19 from very first month, I never any explanation for that. There monthly charges of. 48 cents property
Tax which I was not aware of and I have not authorized and this needs to be refunded. There are two unauthorized charges on Nov 12. $ 18.51 and $ 25.00 that needs to be refunded and I have not been communicated by any of your staffs regarding these charges. I explained about these charges to Emmanuel and Alfred your staffs and they are agreed to refund these charges. There are two
$ 20.00 charges and four $ 4.80 charges which are wrong, that I also talked to Alfred and he agreed to refund.
I called Lease Finance Group LLC as per their letter dated June 23 and requested company staff to allow me to speak to Neil but they were adamant that they wouldnt let me speak to him. I explained to the staff that I received the letter from Neil and as per his letter I am calling him to resolve the issue. I also sent insurance proof to Gregg as well.
I have requested so many times to provide me correct information on my account but your company failed to provide me the correct information resulting I didnt have any option but to stop the payment.
I was promised by Emmanuel, Tanya, Fabiolah and Gregg that they will provide me correct information but as on the date of this letter I have received neither any correct information nor any statement of account.
On July 25 I received letter from Neil Scott of Lease Finance Group LLC, demanding $ 822.00 but he didnt give neither any address of the company nor fax #or any explanation of $ 822.00.
I filed a complaint to BBB - Chicago on Aug 02. My case # is 94360998.
