Ripoff refund check returned insuffient funds

I ask for a refund of my membership fee refund to me and I received a check for $49.00, when I deposit the check into my account the check was returned to me from my bank due to insuffient funds. I have tried to contact Consumer Prefferred, but the number they have listed is no longer in order. I have no way of contact someone from this company. I was not awere that this company was a ripoff.

I knew something was not right and that was why I requested for my money to be refund to me. When I called the company about a refund they said all I had to do was return the information they sent to me which I did.
