I have had my loan, since the date it was transferred to fairbanks capitol, paid within 30 days.
Their customer service and collectors demand post dated checks and then run them the next day. Then they put nsf fees on your account and accuse you of writing bad checks. But they still will call demanding a post dated check or foreclosure?
They have added over 1,000 in fees to my account claiming foreclosure legal fees? I have never been forclosed upon nor missied any payments. My taxes and insurance is current.
They refuse to give me any credit and leave the burden of attaining legal on myself and i am a single mom with 5 kids. So i guess i'm stuck. I cannot force them to remove the fees and can't afford an attorney.
I just came out of chapter7 bankruptcy and they know it, but through it all i never missed a payment.
