I have been with Fairbanks for just under a year. I have 3 loans which Fairbanks have bought. They have sent me a letter stating that that our account was in foreclosure, stating we were two months behind. I have faxed to there dispute department copies of canceled checks cash by Fairbanks, all payments account for.
They have not corrected the problem, we have late fees accuring, but when I call, they same the problem is in dispute. This has been unresolve for 6 months.
