C.W. Thalheimer, Sr. Contracted to deliver against substantial upfront payment Bank Confirmation of Funds, for financing closing, which was proved fake. New York

Ourcompany has been provided through the New York office of the company LloydsFinance Group (www.lloydsfinancegroup.com) with a Confirmation of Funds in the amount of xxxxxxxx Million USD which wassupposed to be issued from LLOYDS TSB MERCHANT BANK LTD, Singapore Branch, inorder to conclude our financing request for our investment project, through thefoundation of a Sinking Fund.
Ourcontact person within the company Lloyds Finance Group (US-Delaware Company) wasa gentleman called Charles W. Thalheimer Sr.
Forthe issuance of said Confirmation of Funds we have paid 230.000 USD, and whileour financing application did not succeeded we started to research the realcauses behind this outcome.
Wecontacted the branch of Lloyds TSB Bank in Singaporein order to discuss the whole issue with the named officers who are signing thedocument and said availability, and then we found out that none of the officersmentioned in said Confirmation of Funds are known to the Bank in Singapore. Accordingly, the Bank declared the delivered Bank Confirmation of Funds as a not genuinedocument.
Sincethis day Mr. Thalheimer and his company remain silent and didnt return ourmoney, while it is obvious that everything is concluded through emails andcall-forwarding without any physical presence in New York since the so called World Headquartersare just a rent-an-office solution.
