We had a kitchen fire on June 2. Nothing has gone smoothly since that day. BOA has been less than helpful with our situation or release of funds. There is nothing in writing anywhere from BOA regarding their requirements/demands of us, which seem to change daily. We too, had a local boa manager send the check, kitchen costs and a letter to the Property Claims Department. Each time we call the BOA Property Claims Center we speak to a different individual and have to explain our entire mishap again. When we asked to speak to a Supervisor/Manager on our last call we were connected to a Manager, but from a different department. The Manager had to put us on hold several times to call the Property Claims Department for answers that were never satisfactorally answered. We have been given the run around for two months and cannot order our kitchen cabinets, have no where to cook, and our 78 year old loved one with Diabetes is having a hard time adjusting and remaining healthy with a diet of eating out. We are very frustrated and feel bad for the rest of you who have been abused by this company for longer than we have.
