Eing charged late fees and finance charges when I am NOT late, and I was told when we opened the account there would be NO fees or charges, and we could pay it off at our pleasure. We were not told it was a charge card. Care credit reps are rude on the phone, and have hung up on me. If the conversations are being recorded, someone in management should listen to them? I wrote a letter after the first charge, and i received a nice letter back, and it was credited to account, then it was added back!
